Overview:

The 116th Panzer Division was moving to Marche to gain access to the roads leading to the Meuse. Once obstacle stood in the way -- the Ourthe river. General von Waldenburg sent a kampfgruppe of four Panther tanks and some panzergrenadiers to seize the vital crossing. An ad hoc American force of engineers, anti-aircraft guns and a tank undergoing repair stood in the way.
Attacker: German (116th Panzer Division)

2022-04-08(D) Pascal Boileau vs Serge Doba German winThe American troops and AFV were wiped off the map before the end of the scenario... I certainly missed something...
2022-03-12(A) Dan Best vs Dave Mareske American win
2022-03-12(D) Dave Mareske vs Dan Best American winThe Americans took a beating in their HMG nests, but were able to get some side shots on the Panthers, eliminating two and immobilizing the other two, keeping the Germans from getting behind the American positions. Some good fire on both sides kept the infantry broken and the German HMG did not do much of anything. Good tight game. Would play again.

2013-05-13(D) Chuck Dye vs patrick palma American win
2010-11-30(A) Fred Ingram vs Dave McLee German winBoth American guns malfunctioned on Turn 2, allowing the german armor to swarm across the bridge with no fear of side shot. This doomed the HMG's and the BAZ broke on it's only shot
2010-10-09(D) Fred Ingram vs Dave McLee German winBoth Gun positions and 1 HMG position were taken out with a pedistrian HE hit by a panther with a resulting snakes on the effect roll. GRRRRRRRR. I also could not DI a tank to save my life

2009-11-19(D) Ian Willey vs MacRob German winThis one seemed a certain win for the Germans after I made a few crutial mistakes but for a while it looked like I was going to pull it off. All the way through it was fun and having also lost as the Germans but enjoyed I can say this is one to play
