Overview:
The Germans were surrounding Warsaw. But the cordon was still loose enough for the shattered remnants of the Polish Army Ponzan to filter in from the forests to the north of the city. In order to ease their passage in, sorties by three regiments were launched from the Warsaw perimeter on the 19th. The Poles still had quality troops to attack with, but the light armor that accompanied them was barely adequate for hard combat.

2012-01-31(A) Andy Beaton vs Jeff Wasserman German winWent for exit points, tanks almost exited, then doubled back to help bogged down infantry and were slaughtered. Conceded on turn 4 when it became clear that no infantry would survive to the board edge.
2012-01-28(D) Michael Rodgers vs Andre Escobedo German winAll three Polish tanks exited, but nothing else could get through.
2011-12-02(A) X von Marwitz vs Ernst Knauth German win
2011-10-09(A) Edward Fritz vs Dave Ramsey German winA close game. Polish player pushed for the exit victory conditions. On the last turn the German player threw everything at the units trying to exit. On the German player's last possible shot, he forced a NMC. Polish 8-0 (which would have been the last EVP) fails the MC. German win. Anomalies: Polish player malfunctioned the MA on two of his three tanks. German player's AA gun was malfunctioned and disabled early in the game.
