As Luck Would Have It ETO (id:#63780)
(Winter Offensive Bonus Pack 2019 ID:WO30)
Designer: Pete Shelling
Starter kit scenario?:    Deluxe scenario?:
After a mediocre drop, the 12th Battalion of the 6th Airborne Division assembled barely half its fighting strength and headed for their first day’s objective, the town of Ranville, where they were to help protect the southern flank of Pegasus Bridge. Digging in at 0400 around the town and the main high ground, the paratroopers engaged a few German patrols as dawn broke. They positioned their meager anti-tank assets and awaited the expected counterattack. At 1100, their wait was over as grenadiere from Major Hans von Luck’s Panzergrenadier-Regiment 125, along with SP guns from Sturmgeschütz-Abteilung 200 and a few tanks, delivered the blow.

2019-09-05(D) Andy Beaton vs Mark Watson British winGermans forced me back off my first bocage line but ran short of infantry by the second line. The right flank attack was stifled by red hot dice and one German assault gun was flamed by the 57. One stone and one wooden building down at the end, but not enough for a German win

2019-04-18(A) Paolo Cariolato vs Federico Corso British winVery interesting scenario. British need to fully understand the VC and set up accordingly. A german infantry breakthrough must be prevented at all costs, in this case you can concentrate the fight on the 12 VCs buildings in the village and get the upper hand thanks to your superior morale and AFV kills.
2019-02-28(D) Michael Rodgers vs Sami Pelkonen British winGerman needs to go for the exit VP in a big way. My AT gun crew earned my VC for eliminating three AFV and surviving numerous morale checks.
2019-02-23(D) Kermit Mullins vs Dan Best German winBroke my 57L AT a Gun on the first shot and it was downhill from there. Dan shook off his losses and wiped me out.
2019-01-18(D) Tom Kearney vs Michael Focht British winWinter Offensive 2019. This went down to the last player turn.
2019-01-18(A) Michael Focht vs Tom Kearney British win
