Overview:

Two days after the initial assault on Biak, the men of the 162nd Infantry, 41st Infantry Division (The Jungleers) moved steadily westwards towards the Japanese airfield at Mokmer. Enemy resistance was initially slight but began to stiffen as the men drew closer to the airbase. At about 0800 on the morning of the 29th, waves of Japanese infantry, supported by tanks charged the American positions. . .

2012-05-08(A) Lee Bray vs American winIntense and bloody. My opponent set up almost all he had in a tight cluster of foxholes to maximize US firepower. I managed to force Recall of one M3 with a 5 squad banzai charge ealry in the game but then had to get close to the GI positions. that was costly wearing down my infantry significantly. My tanks did make it behind the surviving M3 which broke its MA trying to stop them, but they simply couldn't destroy it. It must have taken at least 10 side and rear hits but none did more than scratch the paint. In the end I conceded with little left on the board. Lots of reply value depending on US setup mostly.
