Overview:

The Allied Forces of Britain, France, Belgium, and even neutral Holland had drawn the majority of their forces up to their borders with Germany in preparation for the seemingly enviable attack by the Germans. The attack on Rotterdam was carried out by 700 Fallschirmjägers and in a most astonishing and daring attack, a dozen Heinkel HS 59 seaplanes ferried 120 men of the 16th Infantry Regiment into the centre of the city, where they landed on the Maas River– disembarking the men on the quayside at either end of the bridge...
Attacker: German (11. Kompanie III, 16th Infantry Regiment)
Defender: Dutch (Royal Dutch Marines and 39th Infantry Brigade)

2010-01-16(A) Richard Jenulis vs David Wolfe Dutch winNWASL Championship 2010. Much to my opponents delight, I forgot to enter my reenforcement and had to bring them in during the advance phase. The delay was enough to turn the game around. Up to that point the Germans were doing very well.
2010-01-15(D) Edward Fritz vs Chris Brown Dutch winI played this scenario as a "teaching" scenario for a newer player. We talked through the scenario about maneuvers and strategies, so the win/loss may not be indicative of a "normal" playing.
