2023-01-26(D) Indy Lagu vs Rob Oler German winWhat a wild ride this one was...

The Germans brewed up a truck/AC and eliminated a French squad
on turn 1. Then, Rob's methodical play took over and his relentless attack seemed to be on the road to victory.

On turn 4, Rob said "Sorry, I'm just dicing you" when I lost a
dashing squad on a 2(-2) shot. In his player turn, I had a 2MC
on his remaining leader with one elite squad. Both rolled HOB,
with the leader being promoted to a 9-1 and the squad going
Berserk.

I ended up getting very lucky in CC on the last French turn to
get a victory. I thought of resigning on the second-last turn,
but decided to continue as I had almost nobody left.

My win was not deserved at all. I still feel like I lost!

I would love to try this one again. Neither of us felt as though
our playing was indicative of anything since the dice seemed
constantly high or low, with little in between.

2021-09-27(A) Kermit Mullins vs Dan Best French winMy French suffered some early setbacks as the German 37L AT Gun performed some miracles by blasting my infantry and destroying a tank and immobilizing another before it went down. I would break multiple weapons as I struggled to push Dan out of the village. Then the dice gods smiled on me and I was able to win the game in the final close combat.

2021-09-25(A) O Ramaille vs Macari Samuel German winThe French attacked from the North with the support of Somua tanks. They quickly entered the town and eliminated a few defenders. But as the 3 French tanks progressed in the city, a hidden AT gun shot several shells at very short range maintaining ROF and destroyed two of them. The last Somua tried to overrun the gun without success and was finally silented by it. The French infantry without tank support anymore, progressed in Eloi but slowly as the Germans tactically withdrew in order with efficiency. At the end of the game, the German still held half of the town. A clear German victory.
