Overview:
"Everything Has An End"-After Sturmgeschütz Brigade 276 lost all its StuGs in the defense of East Prussia, they were transported to West Prussia where they were outfitted with Jagdpanzers. In February, the Soviets attacked West Prussia from the south with the intent to get to Danzig, thereby cutting off East Prussia. Sturmgeschütz Brigade 276 defended around Mewe, losing several Jagdpanzers that would be partially replaced with Hetzers. By March 5th, Mewe had to be abandoned. At Preussisch Stargard, the last six assault guns from the 3rd Battery, Sturmgeschütz Brigade 276 (including at least two tank aces), along with four Panthers from the 35th Panzer Regiment, joined Volksgrenadiers to stop the Russian norther onslaught.Attacker: Russian (118th Rifle Corps, 2nd Shock Army and 8th Guards Tank Corps)
